As we all know there are options that shows the ability of the freelancer on upwork.

3. Interviews

4. Hires

If someone wrote 100 proposals, 50 proposals viewed, 25 interviews, 10 hires.

Is this really powerful freelancer on upwork ?

How about the normal freelancers with these options and percentage ?

How about the guy who wrote more than 200 proposals and no hires during 3 months ?
