Why is my account on temporarily on hold ???


I am seeing this message in my account for almost a whole week:


Some of your services are temporarily on hold.

We are completing a Know Your Customer review of your account. This process should be completed within 24 to 48 hours. If the hold on your account is not removed within 48 hours, please contact Upwork Customer Support.


But the stupid thing about this message is, it says I have to contact support, but there is no way to contact support ?????


How the hell am I suppose to get rid of this message?


Someone knows what I should do?

I think it works again,,, but it took some time.
