Why my contracts with Ukrain Talans end up?

Hi, My name is Ivan, I am a co-founder of RNA Natural. Today I opened my upwork and I see that all my contracts are ended up.

The most horrible is that we have 2 beautiful talents from Ukrain that need our support and we need them, they are our RNA Family. So I am just very upset that this happened. When I try to re-send contracts, they all have a limit till May 11th, cant accept new contracts... I can't find a direct communication channel with Upwork Support, please, make a "digital noise", it may help us solve this issue.
