Withdrawal Invoices

Hello there, 


I'm planning on Migrating and I require documentation proof from Upwork of the following,

  1. Withdrawal Invoices - So I can produce these along with Bank Statements to prove that I've been receiving payment via Upwork
  2. Document Stating How payments are made - Currently when I  withdraw to my local bank, the bank statement does not indicate that the payment is from Upwork, and therefore my bank statements were not accepted by the Skils Assessment Authority. 

I'm happy to provide more details about my request to Upwork Support via a support ticket. Could someone from Upwork let me know what the procedure is? Without these documents, my freelance experience will not be recognized and I stand to lose a good year and a half of my professional experience.
