Hi! I would like someone to please assist me on my issue I have already created a ticket about it and awaiting reply. Ive added my payment method via PayPal and edited my withdrawl schedule, it's been more then 3days since I've added my payment method. Then I got my first 4 Gigs that I've completely done and been paid for. I tried to withdraw a small sum out my upwork account to PayPal and it gets rejected and my withdraw schedule and payment method gets disabled and I had to press re-enable (does the 3days wait reset again). Notification said it's been rejected and been refunded back to my upwork account. I don't know why I can move my funds out of upwork to PayPal. Can someone please assist me and help me solve my issue. What step's should I take and follow. Thanks in advance.
