One month ago, I completed a contract with a Freelancer.
He shared the work with me on google drive, and I discovered that the files have been deleted from his end. Neither me nor my team can access the work that we paid for.
Furthermore, he also has not been replying to my messages.

Thank you for your message. We recommend clients to take the back up of all work submitted by the freelancers on their local computer or hard drive before releasing the payment. I will have our support team contact you to check how they can assist you in this situation.
