I am facing issues with my Upwork identity verification. My Earnings Certificate lists my name as "Muhammad Siddique", whereas my original name is "Muhammad Umair Siddique", which is both my profile name and was on the ID document, which I verified. My ID document shows both my name and my father’s name, formatted as: "Name: Muhammad Umair Siddique, Father Name: Muhammad Siddique." However, it seems like my father’s name was mistakenly assigned to me, which is creating some confusion. I kindly request Upwork support to assist me with updating my verified name or provide an option to verify it again.
