Yesterday and today: "Submit Proposal" button doesn't work from listing's own page

Since yesterday, can only use the "submit a proposal" button from the listing's pop-up in my feed, not if I open the job in its own window. If I try to use the button there, it just spins and spins endlessly without completing the action.

MBP, latest version of Firefox

Yes, I've cleared my cache and restarted FF. Same results.

I didn't respond to the person who emailed me, because they apparently hadn't read this and wanted me to... guess... clear my cache, etc. It's too ridiculous to spend my day repeating myself that it's not me.

And then at some point late yesterday, it began working again.
