I received Upwork emails in my gmail account, where a client contacted me to schedule a meeting but when I try to access the room from my gmail, I keep receiving this message "you have no right to access the room", I couldn't fix the time for the meeting. There is no trace of my client's messages in Upwork website.

After one of upwork support agent emailed me about this issue. He noticed that I have two upwork account. this one that I am using and another one that I really don't remember any thing about it. after a while I was emailed that this account that I'm currently using is suspended and the other one is still arround. I sent an email in which I said that I do not remember the email or the password of that email and how can I use upwork now? no answer received please help
