Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later

Every time i try to make a payment it gets declined, I have checked with the bank, and they say Upwork not accept the payment.

I have tried with 3 different cards, and also with PayPal and all the same, when I want to make a support ticket in this page I get an error. 5 year ago everything was working good, but what is going on??
