account is suspended

Hi, everybody

 

My colleague **Edited for Community Guidelines**  have been suspended a couple of days ago. He can't log into the account. Upwork asked to confirm his identity via e-mail. He did it. We have already made a ticket for Upwork support, but there's no answer yet. Please help us to resolve this issue.

Thank you for your message. We are unable to discuss other user's accounts with you. I see that the account holder is already assisted by the relevant team and one of our team members will reach them as soon as possible to assist further.

2 weeks without any activity from the Upwork Support Team... I don't understand why

Hi Iurii, 


I checked your friend's account and I can confirm that they reached out to him through that email address. They can locate the email in their account by searching for the subject - "Re: Important: Account Ownership Verification."
