Hi, I am menber of an agency, I did try to search this documentation, but there is not options for me to download it. I typed to support and they told me that the owner of the agency has to request it, they requested and still has not received and it's been 2 weeks now, how is that possible? for simple documentation. pls help me out, I really need my certificate of earnings.
