fail to find password via email

Help! When I tried to find my upwork account's password in my PC, or change password in my mobile browser, I met this warning: "We cannot verify your login due to network restrictions and/or traffic blocking at your location." How to solve it? Thanks! I forgot my password in my PC and haven't set any other authenticating methods. What's worse, my pad app is also log out. Only my mobile browser is log in state.

Hi Edward,

 

I am sorry to hear about the trouble accessing your Upwork account. It looks like your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is blocking your access to the Upwork website. Please contact your Internet Service Provider to check this issue or try changing to a different ISP.
