onboarding tasks issue

Hello Upwork, I have an offer from my client. But currently I cannot accept the offer to start work, so I have to wait for confirmation from the Classification Manager. I have completed all my tasks on Onboarding tasks, which is 80% complete.

I know I have to complete it 100% before I can start work, but the remaining task is about "COI Verification", it needs to be completed by the Compliance Manager.

I want to know how long I have to wait. Because the job submission deadline that the client wants is December 20. I won't be able to complete the job and submit it on time if I can't start the job today.
