My pending balance is still pending even though 5 days have passed, It was supposed to be transferred to the available balance to be able to withdraw it yesterday, but today is the sixth day and it is still pending, What is the reason for that?, And how do I solve this problem?

Hi Ashraf,
Thank you for reaching out. I checked and the five-day security period hasn't passed yet. The milestone payment for the contract you're referring to was released on Feb 21, so your funds should become available by Feb 26 UTC. The date on which a Pending payment will become available can be also seen right next to it when you visit your Reports Home Page.

my pending balance contains 2 milestones, I asked about the milestone released on Feb 19 which is about 300 USD, but the one released on Feb 21 is about 120 USD, I know it will be available tomorrow.

There should be a date on the side of the $300. If it only says 'pending' there might be some problems with the client's payment.

This Milestone is the value of the weekly salary and is paid every Monday and becomes available on Saturday of each week.

I’m reaching out to discuss an issue with my “Get Paid” method on Upwork.
Recently, I added Payoneer as my payment method. My Payoneer account is fully verified, and I was informed of a 3-day security period before the method would be active on Upwork. I have patiently waited for these three days to pass.
However, I’ve noticed that my payment status is still marked as ‘pending’, even after the security period. I’m at the beginning stages and haven’t made any withdrawals yet. I’m unsure why this is happening, especially since my Payoneer account is verified and the security period has elapsed.

I checked the screenshot you attached to the post and it looks like you are referring to the pending status under the Get Paid amount. That section is to highlight any earnings in pending status. Currently, I see that there are no earnings on your Upwork account under pending status. Also, I can confirm that your Payoneer payment method is already active now.
