"Approve and Fund to Escrow" is not working

I'm trying to review a proposed contract, but everytime I click the "Approve and Fund $ to Escrow" button, nothing happens. I'll see a loading screen for 1 second, but nothing changes after that. Why? I've put my credit card details in, but still nothing.

edit: The problem was that my company information in account settings was incomplete. After finishing it, I was able to approve the contract. Thank you to Aneta!

Hi Viraj,

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with a different browser to see if the issue persists?

Hi Andrea,

 

I tried clearing cache/cookies, and logging in on Safari instead of Google Chrome, but the issue is still there.
