I submitted a proposal, got a reply and completed negotiations. However, the client cannot send me an offer, it just says "You cannot send an offer to this freelancer". He has contacted support but they haven't responded. Any suggestions?

I see that our support team has already resolved the issue on the client account and responded to the client to try sending an offer again. Please reach out to the client to request them to check the communication with the support ticket.
