"Financial Transactions Limited"

Hello,

I tried using your chat bot but it just sent me in circles and would not open a ticket for me. Just absolutely a terrible customer experience!

 

I have two UpWork accounts, one that is my main one for my freelancing and one that I created on behalf of my friend Kevin, who is an elderly person I heIp with his website. He authorized me to make a job posting and use his credit card. But your system would not accept the payment card. So I tried to use my own debit card and it went through but then after checkout I got a message stating "Financial transactions for XXXXX have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support.". The purchase was for $9.99.

What is the problem? And how do I fix it?
