"Reuse post" not working

Yesterday, I placed a job ad on Upwork, but my account was not yet verified. Today, the ad has been closed, and I am unable to reuse the post without making the payment again. Could you please clarify if this is a mistake or explain what might have happened?

Additionally, I have noticed that Upwork does not seem to offer direct customer service, and the available articles do not address my issue. The automated responses I have received have not been helpful, and I am unable to reach a human representative.

I have proof that I have already paid for the job ad, and the payment has been deducted from my account. I would appreciate a resolution to this issue or a refund of my payment.
