"Something Went Wrong" Message when adding number to new profile set up

Hi,

 

I am trying to complete the last step to finish setting up my profile as a new user.
When I enter my phone number to get the code, I keep getting " Something Went Wrong, please try again later." 
I can't move past this step.  I tried using a different browser and clearing my cache. Please help.
