i lost my connects the 10 connects i receive every month disappeared the same day. also i had a pop up that said if i filled my financial details i will receive 50 connects but i have no connects at all.

AI said it can't help cuz it doesn't have access to my acount so how do i reach a real person

Hi Racha, I think the free connects consume because your availability badge put on. Thats base on my experience try to check your profile settings. You really have to buy connects to be able to submit proposal.

You got the 10 connects in every month as  Monthly connects Renewal and the next moment the connects which is deducted is the Unused  Connects . There is a policy of upwork , if you got connects free or buy connects with your money , you have to use the connects within 1 year. After 1 year the  Unused Connects will automatically deducted from your account.
 A pop up that asked you to add  your financial details could be Upwork occasionally runs promotions or offers where they may provide free Connects as a bonus for certain activities or as part of a promotional campaign.
