I just want to add a billing method and to my surprise I found a message telling me that [we don't support any financial processing in your country (Iraq)], so are we not allowed to work on up work or not

Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of your current browser? You may also try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. If you still can't access the ticket via the link, you should be able to from the email you also received from the Customer Support team.
