withdraw Restricted

Hello Upwork,
i am facing some issues while Withdrawing some amount from my upwork to payoneer ,  i am an old member of Upwork ,  i faced this issue never before when i try to withdraw money they says that your withdraw is restricted , kindly upwork take a look on it and lift this restriction on my upwork account i have alot of things to do with it ...
your help will be appreciated...
