Activation for payment method

This is Anthony James Gado, I do have a concern about my account. I added a payment method on my account and I didn't expect that it would need 3 days to activate. I really need to withdraw the money tomorrow for an emergency. Are there any chances you could help me with this?? Please, I need your help.
