Can't access my account excelt through gmail login

Hello  everyone, I've been wanting to reset my security question that I still vividly remember but its not going through. Whenever  I tried resetting it, the password to my Gmail account which was what I used to open my upwork account is also denied. I still have access to the account but unable reset both password and security question
