I have noticed that my agency profile (Ideofuzion) has limitations to financial transaction. I am having trouble finding solution to this issue in the upwork "Help" section.

This account was previously subject to another issue against which a support ticket was raised and was duly resolved accordingly by Upwork support team. Following is the link for that support ticket:-
