How long does it takes to support to scan our accounts.

Hi Everyone, 
It's Muhammad Owais karni. 

I have been working on Upwork for the last 1 year and it's been a fantastic journey with Upwork. I have got lots of clients and work with them on Upwork. I have worked with some clients whom I never expect to work with on Upwork. Recently, I was just reading some posts regarding the banned accounts. I just came to know Upwork banned the Top Rated Plus account as well. 
Just would like to know how long and how often it takes to support to scan our accounts. I am curious is there any setting from where I can come to know about my account position. 

I would be so happy to know others' feedback.
