Hi, My client's account was suspended due to a late payment. They have now paid the outstanding fees and the account should be good for me to carry on with the rest of the work on an hourly basis.
However the account is still saying suspended? when will I be able to resume work?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked and it looks like the contract you are referring to is now resumed. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or try using a different browser to check if it shows on your end as active after this?
