Payment method deactivated

I am a new user of Upwork and in the process of completing my first job. My payment method is not being verified as my profile name does not match my account name (name of my company). It has already been 5 days since my payment method was deactivated. I submitted my company incorporation letter as a reply to the Upwork mail on deactivation. Still deactivated. Not getting any payments despite completing milestones. Where do I approach Upwork directly and how do I get this resolved?
