Proposal Layout Issue

Hey there,

I've noticed that whenever I submit a proposal with breaks in between each paragraph that when the proposal is actually viewed on the client's side within the chat, it has no breaks, and all the text is clumped up together in a huge paragraph. I'm afraid that this is going to bring my proposal reply rates down - can someone help me out please.

Hi Marc,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your account and can't seem to replicate the issue. The proposals have breaks in between paragraphs even on the message center on the clients' end. Can you please clear your cache and cookies, clear your browsing history and see if you still encounter the same problem?
