Refund with no money available

Hi, I am trying to make a refund, since I got paid more than I should for a project. But the site won't load for me when I try. 

The amount is less then what I have been paid, do it need to be the exact amount? 

And I just withdraw for my account, before I got a message about this, so how do I fix this problem now? Can I transfer money back to my account here?
