activating milestone failed

hi, for some reason i can't seem to activate a milestone, it keeps saying that i have to conact customer service, please help. thanks.

Hi Maged,

 

Thank you for your message. I see that your payment failed while activating the milestone. Could you please contact your card issuing bank to check international transactions are enabled on your card and you have a sufficient limit on it?

I have checked with my bank and they said my card is active and it didn't have any issues whatsoever then I tried to do the payment again and it got declined , could you please check from your end ? Thanks
