issue with portfolio editor

Hello every body,,

hopeyou have a nice day

recently , i cant upload items (png,jpg,.. photos)  to make portfolio

i tried all photo extentions , changing file name , change directory, but..

every timy the upload fails when it reach 50%

any suggestions?

please i need help with this error.

Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser? Let us know if the issue persists and we'll look further into that for you.

I just experienced a similar issue, where my portfolio would not publish. I finally managed to get it to work by clearing cache/cookies, as Arjay M suggests. I further recommend that you do nothing in your browser between clearing the cookies and cache - including image data - and uploading/publishing. The reason I say that is because when I tried to edit (add tags) immediately after publishing, I was unable to re-publish.

i already done your suggestion , but the problem not fixed yet

but when i tried from micrisoft edge , yeah .. ! it works !
