Can't List job applications as client

I've been trying to use upwork API, and use it's Contract and Offers section .

I'm trying to retreive all the applications under a certain job, using List job applications as client , after providing both buyer_team_ref, and job_key, actually nothing is returned and all i got is something like this

I'm using postman to try the api. So i was wondering what am doing wrong, or if there's something wrong with the API ?
