When you create your job post, make sure to be specific about which "Dot.Net" framework it is. For example: Are you referring to the old ASP.NET framework (I believe you are referring to this one?), ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core? It's hard to distinguish these since they all have similar names. I come across so many job postings about "Dot Net" or whatever but they are never specific about which exact framework. It makes a huge difference. I think you will have better luck finding a freelancer if you do this.
