Feature Request: Time Tracking API Hook

Right now I need to track my time with Toggl in adition with Upwork.

I don't mind using Upwork time tracker, in fact it's pertty nice thing.

What I want is the following:

When I start my Upwork time tracking, I want Toggle to start tracking time as well.

For this I need to have a TimeTracking hooks to be added to Upwork.

* StartTimer Web Hook URL

* EndTimer Web Hook URL

once I start timer in Upwork {StartTimer Web Hook URL} should be called with JSON body which have details on project I've started my timer. So I can call Toggl API and track the same project as well.

once I stop timer in Upwork {EndTimer Web Hook URL} should be called with JSON body which have details on project I've stopped my timer. So I can call Toggl API and stop tracking time for given project.

Obviously there thould be a Test button, to test both URLs while I develop my API integration.

That would be a nice feature to have. I'm sure other developers have similar problem but they may use another time tracking apps like PaymoApp and others.
