Hello fellows,
I am an Oracle Certified Developer. I'm highly skilled in SQL, PL/SQL, database design, and development. I have successfully completed 10 jobs with good feedback in Upwork. But the problem is on this topic there is not that many job post. And many clients post jobs but did not hire from Upwork not even interview any freelancer.
What is your suggestion? Which other skill should I build related to databases and SQL? I currently start learning python for data analysis. Is it a good decision?
