Update Name As per government Id

Hello Support,

I have update my surname as per my college document in my Id government prof and my bank account. But in my upwork account name is "Kalpana yadav". So please update my last name as per goverment id  "kalpana yadav  to Kalpana Devi ".  I am attaching my Adhar Card and Pancard. If need anythings please message me.
