Upwork app on Samsung Galaxy S8+ Android Oreo Phone always force closes...

As it is a popular phone, I am wondering if anyone who owns a Samsung Galaxy 8 or 9 and Android 8.0.0 have problems with the app frequently force closing?  I must close an "unexpected error"  with the options 'Close the app' or 'Submit Feedback'  10 or so times per day. 

I factory restored the phone and installed the Upwork app from the play store to determine if another app was causing the problem. Same result.
