Sunita, nice answer although Bootstrap is technically a framework, not a language. Sass/SCSS and LESS could also be added to your list.

Hi Faissal,
you mentioned two different things, i guess you know that but nowadays, the borders might be very blurry.
Webdesign has made a huge development itself, from text-based sites in the early 90's to table and flash in the mid 90's, and in 2000 we hit the web with CSS and still moving forward with JS and semantic web ...
But the concept you HAVE to pay attention, and that never changed, is DESIGN follows CONTENT.
You design your website according to the visual needs, to show the data.
In dev, you have the content, know the design and now go forward and crack code for usability -technology etc-.
Thats how web-dev should work IMHO.
And thats the difference between Design and Dev.
