¡Hola gente! Mi nombre es Marcela Colimodio, y soy la Asistente Virtual de Erin Thomas y el equipo de DIP. Empecé a trabajar como asistente virtual ejecutiva, ¡cuando aún no existía zoom! El desafío de conectarme con mi equipo de manera remota me sale naturalmente. Me encanta el hecho de que mi trabajo ayuda a que el día de mis líderes fluya, al menos con respecto a su calendario, para que ellos se enfoquen en tomar decisiones en vez de malabarear calendarios para encontrar tiempo de reunirse con alguien durante el día.
Muchas veces podemos asistir en varios proyectos, planificar eventos, y tantas otras tareas administrativas importantes. Y lo gracioso de esto es que lo hacemos todo en 8 horas o menos. Pero lo que más me gusta es que estoy trabajando en una empresa que cuida de su Talento, haciendo la misión una realidad, no solo un grupo de palabras bonitas escritas en una página web.

Hello People! My name is Marcela Colimodio, and I am Virtual Assistant to Erin Thomas and the DIBs team. I started working as a virtual executive assistant when zoom was not even a thing! The challenge of connecting remotely with my team comes naturally to me. I love the fact that my work helps my leaders to have a smooth running of their days, at least calendar-wise, so they can focus on making decisions instead of juggling calendars to find time to meet with people throughout the day.
Many times we can give support in several projects, plan events, and so many other important administrative tasks. And the funny part of this is that we do it all in 8 hours or less. But what I love the most is that I am working in a Company that takes good care of its Talent, making the mission statement a fact, not just a group of nice words written on a website.
