I'm afraid it won't be possible. As of March 7, 2022, Upwork does not allow new customers from Russia or Belarus to join and started suspending all new businesses where either a client or a freelancer is located within Russia or Belarus. If you currently have a contract, it will remain open to allow you to wind down your contract, with final billing due by May 1, 2022.
