Unblocking the account after relocation

Hello!
 
My account was suspended due to an Upwork decision on the situation in Ukraine.
 
This section specifies:
 
"If I relocate, can I keep working on Upwork?

Yes. If and when you are able to relocate, we will be ready to support you in continuing your important work on our platform. Please follow these steps to verify your new address:

  1. Ensure your address is current. If it is not current, update your address here.
  2. Once your address is current, you may appeal this decision by emailing support-appeals@upwork.com."
 
So, I relocated the last week, before this decision and I changed my address on Upwork. I sent two emails to the specified mail. But my account is still blocked.
 
I don't understand what else I must to do to unblocking my account.

Hello. Forgive me for being off topic, that is the answer from the moderators.
I want a refund for my subscription because upwork no longer provides services in my country.
