Hello Everyone! My name is Abdullah, and I work here on Upwork as a freelancer. I have a very good client, with whom I have a contract, and I work with him a lot through Upwork, and he also pays me full-time through Upwork. He is asking me to sign an Independent Freelancer Agreement SA & NDA. Should I sign it? I have a lot of insecurities regarding it. As I usually do translations, for the languages in which I am native in, so I don't have any qualifications in it, so what if he asks for qualifications? If I could not work for other clients except him. Will I still work with him through Upwork? Please reply ASAP.

Hi Muhammad,
The NDA is only to keep all the information private. It has nothing to do with having other clients
It's ausual procedure andmany clients require it. However, that happens at the beginning of a contract
Regarding the qualifications, the have nothing to do with DNAs either. Only personal info is requested (name, address, ID...)
Hope this helps
