Hello, everyone!

My name is Laura, I'm 24 years old, form Kazakhstan.

I have only started to work on Upwork, as willing to begin my freelance career as writer and translator (English to Russian and vice versa). There are so many questions that I have about Upwork as a platform and the community.

So maybe you have some advice for a newcomer: How to get my first job? What should I pay attention to while working? What other skills should I learn or develop to be a successful freelancer?  

I'm looking forward to contacts and friends, that would like to have a nice conversation about work and not only.
