Proposals not being answered

Hello I'm quite new to Upwork. I hae recently sent some proposals for work, but nobody has even replied to say whether they have accepted or rejected my offer.

Can someone help me out please?

Up until recently I have being averageing 1 in 5 propsals getting a interview or hired. For the last 6 weeks I have been submitting more propsals than normal and I have even dropped my rates well below their budget and I have not received 1 reply back. I have even asked directly in my cover letter for a reply. When I submited a job to the help desk, they told me there is nothing wrong with my profile.

When you look at the jobs I applied for they show No hires and only 1 or 2 interviews.

Is anyone else having this problem and what is the solution
