A client offered me to get a job but I could not accept the offer because her account was on a hold. Yesterday I received a message saying that I stopped responding! I can not prove anything because the message "account on a hold" was automatically generated by the page.

If their account got put on hold, there's really nothing for you to do or worry about. Since you weren't able to accept the offer, there's no contract, and therefore no feedback, meaning what they think won't affect you in any way.
