I was shocked to log on just now and see that my JSS has gone from 97 to 95%. The latest feedback with clients are as follows: a) a $1,769 contract successfully completed with very positive feedback from the client and b) a $20 contract ended without executed due to a client fault that did not allow me to execute the activity which I then abandoned. He instigated a dispute in which I wasted no time and let him withdraw his $20.
Can you explain me please the rationale behind this change in JSS?
