change my membership to basic

Hello Upwork supporters, i asked for help to change my membership from plus to basic. and your site didn't answer or helped me with my problem and now Upwork deducted from my balance at Upwork and I do not want the membership and want to stop and change it. I tried several times to stop the membership and change it basic, but the site gave me all the time this note " we are in process of subscription renewals and upgrades are not possible during that period."
so I hope that you change my membership to basic and return the 15 dollars to my account.
i don't need the plus membership at this time, later I will activate the membership when I need it.
