My account is still suspended even after  passing ID verification. 

My tickets to customer  care complaining about this and the unjustifiable removal of my rising star badge  are being closed repeatedly without answers or explanation.

You only need one ticket to cover the same subject. Among other reasons, the rising talent badge can be taken away if a freelancer has not adhered to Upwork's ToS. You can read about it here:

 "Unjustifiable removal?" Are you serious? Any policy violation leads to the loss of your Rising Talent Badge.

 

What is unjustifiable about that?
